Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen, towel replacement and cleaning of apartment two times during the week, undercover parking and final cleaning of apartment are included in the cost. Breakfast and delivery of fresh bread is not included.
Bed-and-Breakfast reservations do not include undercover parking.
Check in: Apartments can be occupied from 16.00 to 21.00. Please telephone reception if arrival time is outside these indicated.
Check out: We kindly ask guests to vacate the apartment by 09.30 on the day of departure.
Security Deposit (refundable): Euro 150.00 on the day of arrival.
Booking Terms: Only bookings accompanied by a deposit within three days will be considered 'reserved unconditionally'.
